Services are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate information
• Upload recent photos that truly represent you
• Keep your contact information updated
• Maintain password security
• Report unauthorized account access immediately
• One account per person

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Regarding content and materials:

• All website content is protected by U.S. copyright law
• Our logo and branding are registered trademarks
• You retain rights to your original photos and videos
• We get limited license to use your content for promotion
• Brand content requires explicit usage permission
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action

For influencer collaborations, specific content rights will be detailed in individual contracts.

5. Model Conduct and Requirements

As a Holycasting model, you agree to:

• Maintain professional conduct at all shoots
• Show up on time for bookings
• Keep your portfolio photos current
• Inform us of any changes in appearance
• Not work directly with our clients outside our agency
• Follow brand guidelines during sponsored content creation
• Maintain physical condition as presented
• Disclose any conflicts of interest

6. Payment Terms

Financial arrangements include:

• Casting payment within 24 hours
• Project payments as specified in booking contracts
• Brand deal payments per collaboration agreements
• Valid U.S. tax documentation required (W-9/1099)
• Direct deposit or digital payment options available
• Agency commission detailed in individual contracts

Payment terms for specific projects will be provided in writing before work begins.

7. Liability and Insurance

Understanding of risk and responsibility:

• You're responsible for your own health and safety
• We recommend maintaining personal liability insurance
• Agency insurance covers studio operations only
• You must sign standard liability waivers
• Report any incidents during shoots immediately
• On-location shoots require additional waivers

8. Social Media Guidelines

When representing Holycasting online:

• Follow FTC disclosure guidelines for sponsored content
• Maintain professional image on public profiles
• Don't share confidential project details
• Tag agency in relevant posts as specified
• Respect exclusivity agreements with brands
• Get approval for behind-the-scenes content

9. Termination

Agreement termination conditions:

• Either party can terminate with 30 days notice
• Immediate termination for contract violations
• Outstanding payments will be processed
• Content usage rights remain as specified
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Return any agency-provided materials

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreements:

• Disputes governed by Florida state law
• Mandatory mediation before litigation
• Venue in Miami-Dade County courts
• Small claims under $5,000 excluded
• Each party bears own legal costs
• Class action waiver applies

11. Changes to Terms

Regarding updates to these terms:

• Terms may be updated at any time
• Notice provided 30 days before changes
• Continued use means acceptance
• Major changes require explicit consent
